The client approached us to explore backup power for their home following recent substantial redevelopment works.
As the power requirement for this property was quite large with a variety of entertainment features such as pools and cinema room, we decided to split off essential and non-essential loads to keep only the critical items available during an outage.
The diesel generator supplies lighting, house power sockets and only essential appliances including the air con and shower.
Out team took care of the groundworks, underground cable ducts into the home, electrical cabling and the installation of new switchgear and transfer controls.
The client wished for extended fuel capacity to ensue that they were covered for 72 hours, so we also supplied and installed a mild steel bunded diesel tank which feeds into the generator.
The generator and tank will now be surrounded with garden trellis to hide the generator and tank from view, blending the installation in with the exterior of the property and surrounding garden.
