It was a pleasure to work with Solent Power on behalf of Riverford Organic Farmers (based on Sacrewell Farm, Peterborough). From the engineers on site to the office staff, everyone was extremely helpful and professional. We now have an operational back up generator to safeguard our business for the future. Special thanks to Paul Phelps and Charmian Heys for organising.

Response from the owner:Thank you Jane....really appreciate the review and its great to hear that the generator covered your 10 hour outage!!! Have a great week :)

After working with various companies over the years, I’ve now moved my second site over to Solent Power, surely the biggest endorsement I can give. As a healthcare provider, power is critical, and downtime simply isn’t an option. Time and again, whenever we’ve needed support, Solent Power have been on site within minutes. They’ve installed new generators for us, put service contracts in place, and every time the work has been carried out with professionalism and a genuine can-do attitude. I’m the first to call out poor service when I see it, but credit where it’s due: Solent Power have never put a foot wrong. I truly appreciate everything you do for us. Thank you.

Response from the owner:Cheers Chris, fantastic feedback and you know how much we appreciate it. Take care
