The SPP550BSC is a robust diesel generator designed for prime and standby applications. Powered by a Baudouin 6M16G550/5 engine and coupled with a Stamford S4L1-D1 alternator, it delivers 500 kVA prime and 550 kVA standby power at 50 Hz.
The acoustic canopy keeps noise levels at 78 dB(A) at 7 metres, while the 500-litre base fuel tank ensures up to 8 hours of runtime at full load. Its turbocharged, water-cooled engine with an electronic governor provides efficient fuel consumption and stable voltage regulation.
Equipped with a Deep Sea controller, the SPP550BSC features auto mains failure (AMF), remote monitoring, and complete engine protection. With forklift pockets, lifting points, and lockable service doors, it is designed for practical handling and straightforward maintenance.
