These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of goods, new equipment, system installations, and related works provided by Solent Power Ltd to business customers. By accepting a quotation, issuing a purchase order, or otherwise instructing Solent Power Ltd to proceed, the Client confirms they are acting in a business capacity and agrees to be bound by these Terms in full.
These Terms are effective from the date of publication and supersede all prior terms or correspondence, unless explicitly varied in writing and signed by a director of Solent Power Ltd.

Please note: These Terms apply exclusively to the supply and installation of new systems including generators, UPS units, control panels, and fuel-related infrastructure.
Any maintenance, servicing, inspections, remedial works, or support activities following installation are governed separately under our Maintenance & Service Terms and Conditions, available at https://www.solentpower.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/maintenance-service-contract-terms-and-conditions/
For consumer purchases or domestic works, different terms may apply. Please contact us directly for clarification if you are not acting in a business capacity.
