Baudouin is a leading manufacturer of high-performance generator engines, known for their reliability and resilience. Their range covers an array of power generation applications.
Solent Power offers Baudouin engine generators with capacities between 10 kVA and 1000 kVA, ensuring backup power for residential properties, industrial facilities, and off-grid locations.
Baudouin has been manufacturing engines for over a century, since 1918. Their global reputation is based on “relationships, commitment, and determination”, and their generator engines are known for their versatility, reliability, fuel efficiency, and longevity.
Sustainability is another key feature in the design and manufacturing process of Baudouin’s products. This is ensured through product diversification and technology partnerships.
Key features that define the quality and functionality of Baudouin generators include:
The output range of Baudouin-powered diesel generators is between 10 kVA and 1000 kVA, with either single-phase or three-phase power distribution. This range allows for multiple power generation applications.
Baudouin’s diesel generators are fuel-efficient, cost-effective, and excellent value for money. This is thanks to their:
All Baudouin engines comply with international emissions standards. Many of the engines comply with tier 2 or 3 emissions standards, depending on the region.
Diesel engines are often associated with noise. However, Baudouin generators are low-vibration and housed in an acoustic container. As a result, these silent generators are ideal for:
Solent Power offers a variety of power ranges to serve specific applications. Our smaller ranges make ideal residential generators, while our industrial generators have an output sufficient for large-scale commercial use.
Yes. Baudouin generators are engineered with turbocharging technology and precision fuel injection. This technology manages fuel and optimises combustion, resulting in lower fuel consumption.
Yes, Baudouin generators can be used in extreme environments. Several features account for the quality, reliability, and durability of Moteurs Baudouin generators, including their:
Regular maintenance is crucial for Baudouin generators. However, these innovative generators are designed for easy maintenance and service. Spare parts are also readily available for repairs.
Solent Power has extensive knowledge and experience in generator service and maintenance. Our expert engineers prioritise your power.
Yes, Baudouin generators provide ample backup power for all kinds of operations during emergencies. Residential generators supply your home with power in a pinch. Industrial generators can also act as backup power for:
Yes, generators typically have a two-year warranty which covers manufacturing defects. We offer extended warranties (up to four years) for specific components, applications, and models.
Most Baudouin generators run on diesel; however, gas and dual fuel options are available. With diesel, your supply must be good quality, well-maintained and uncontaminated. Solent Power offers fuel servicing for diesel generators, including analysis, fuel supply, sampling, and treatment.
To ensure efficient operation, consider adding advanced control systems to your Baudouin generator. Smart controls provide real-time monitoring, remote monitoring, and fault diagnostics. Regular maintenance and servicing will also ensure efficient operation.
Yes, Baudouin generators can be integrated with many renewable energy systems, including solar, wind, and hydropower. This enhances their efficiency and sustainability.
