The Himoinsa HBW-1025 T5 is a high-capacity diesel generator set for industrial and standby power applications. It delivers 1,022 kVA prime power and 1,119 kVA standby power (equivalent to 818 kW PRP and 895 kW ESP), making it suitable for large facilities and critical infrastructure where reliable power continuity is required.

Efficient Baudouin Diesel Engine

Power is provided by a Baudouin 12M26G1100.5 diesel engine in a 12-V cylinder configuration. The engine is a 4-stroke, direct injection design with turbocharging and after-cooling, supporting stable output for high-load applications. The engine cooling system is liquid-cooled (water + 50% glycol) with an electrical governor and a dry air filter.

Three-Phase Power Output

The HBW-1025 T5 supplies three-phase power at 50 Hz, configured for 400/230 V, with an optional 230/132 V arrangement. This supports standard low-voltage distribution requirements for industrial and commercial electrical systems.

Stamford Alternator Package

Electrical generation is via a Stamford S6L1D.E4 alternator with a 4-pole configuration. It uses self-excited, brushless excitation with electronic AVR voltage regulation, and is built to IP23 enclosure protection with Class H insulation. Coupling is via a flexible disc system.

Sound-Reduced Enclosure

The generator is supplied in a soundproof canopy (L-type) to reduce operational noise and provide a protected, enclosed package for site installation. The enclosure supports service access while housing the full generating set in a single integrated unit.

Integrated Fuel Tank and Runtime

The set includes an integrated 999-litre fuel tank, providing an estimated ~6 hours runtime (approx.). This onboard capacity supports short-duration standby events, testing, and commissioning, with extended autonomy typically achieved via external fuel systems where required.

The HBW-1025 T5 includes multiple engine protection systems, anti-vibration mounts, and a remote emergency stop, supporting safe operation and shutdown protection under fault or abnormal running conditions.
